What just happened
An independent verifier has examined the performance records of all four Divitae strategies — ZEUS, ARES, HERMES and KRONOS — and issued a formal opinion that each is fairly presented. The review covers each strategy from its inception through 31 March 2026 (Q1 2026):
- ZEUS — verified from 1 January 2022
- ARES — verified from 2 May 2023
- KRONOS — verified from 1 September 2023
- HERMES — verified from 3 April 2024
Each report is signed and dated May 2026 and can be downloaded in full from our verification page.
All four live strategies are now independently verified through Q1 2026. The figures we publish are the figures the verifier examined.
Who checked the numbers
The work was carried out by Alpha Performance Verification Services, a specialist, independent firm whose only business is performance verification. Engagements are led by senior CPA, CFA and CIPM charterholders and follow the GIPS® (Global Investment Performance Standards) approach — the globally recognised benchmark for the fair presentation of investment performance.
Crucially, the verifier is independent of Divitae: it reviews the evidence behind the numbers and forms its own opinion. You can read more on our independent verification page, which links every verifier’s report.

Why it matters to you
Track records are easy to claim and hard to trust. Independent verification removes the guesswork: a qualified third party has confirmed that the returns reflect real trading, not a curated illustration. For us it is the practical expression of a simple principle — the numbers you see are the numbers we trade.
Verification is not an endorsement of any strategy, nor a guarantee of future results. It confirms one thing: the historical record is presented fairly, on stated criteria.
