Divitae Assets does not hold any financial services licence in any jurisdiction. Its activities fall outside MiFID II, the Czech ZPKT, and similar national legislation. Divitae Assets does not:
- Provide investment advice, portfolio management, or order execution services.
- Accept, hold, or manage client funds or financial instruments.
- Receive or transmit orders in financial instruments.
- Operate a trading venue or systematic internaliser.
- Offer or market financial products to retail or professional investors.
- Have direct contractual relationships with end investors.
03Licensed Regulated Partners
All regulated financial activities associated with the deployment of Divitae Assets' algorithmic strategies are carried out exclusively by an independent, authorised firm:
Client-facing regulated activities are conducted by independent partner firms authorised and supervised by recognised financial regulators in their respective jurisdictions. Specific partner identities and supervisory references are disclosed to qualifying investors during the onboarding process.
The regulated partner firms are solely responsible for:
- Client onboarding and KYC/AML compliance.
- Trade execution and order handling.
- Client asset custody arrangements.
- Performance reporting and account communications.
- Complaint handling and dispute resolution.

04Licensing Model
The relationships between Divitae Assets and its regulated partners are structured as business-to-business (B2B) technology licensing arrangements.
Divitae Assets has no contractual or other direct relationship with the end investors or clients of any regulated partner. All client-facing relationships, communications, and obligations are managed exclusively by the regulated partners.
